Interesting Google Image Hack

NOTE: Some very graphic images will be shown if you perform the hack!
And I mean really nasty ones!
So...
A coworker and I were daydreaming about the days of riding Big-Wheels around, tearing
up the pavement and doing burnouts pretending to be badasses.
He asked me if I'd ever seen the Green Machine, and I answered no. He then
started to explain how it worked, with handbrakes instead of a steering wheel, but
I didn't quite understand it.
He got fed up, and proceeded to Google his toy from the past, searching for "Green
Machine Big Wheel".
The first image to the left was clicked, and before the page was loaded, he clicked
the "show full size image" link.
BAM!!! In your face!
Talk about getting sick to your stomach.
We Immediately asked our boss if he had ever seen the Green Machine
:)
Anyways, hopefully google will figure out a way to ensure that this doesn't happen anymore.
